The general rules of participating in Festival

To participating in Festival are invited advertisings agencies, advertising producers, publishing houses, authors of publicity products, mass medias, advertisers, and also individual entrepreneur, companies of any kind of activity.

A festival is opened for all domestic and foreign advertisers.

Participating in the main competitive program of Festival is requiring payment.

Participating in Festival is possible in different forms:

• accreditation of representatives on all measures of Festival and participation of works in the competitive program;
• accreditation of representatives without the participation of competitive works;
• submission of competitive works without accreditation of representatives;

To participating in the main competitive program of Festival works, accommodated in mass media, created and realized in publicity campaigns in a period from January, 2008 till March, 26, 2010, are admitted.

For participating in Festival it is necessary to fill a general registration form on a web-site, and also to conduct registration of work, specifying all necessary information.

All requests are obligatory to filling on the English language.

Payment of participating in Festival is realizing on the account of Directorate of the Festival. The participant of Festival gets a bill after the registration on the web-site and loading up his works. To get the accreditation You can contact the Directorate of Festival

Works without registration form and payment are not able to participate in the main competitive program.

For the electronic variant of work the enough loading of work is in a registration form on a site.

Term of submission of works, requests and payment — from January,20 till March, 26, 2009 inclusive.

Works, acting in an address Festival, do not return. Works can be used by the Directorate of Festival for popularization of Festival and advertising on the whole.

The participant of Festival guarantees the observance of copyrights (legal use of music, photo, texts and etc.) in the works sent on competitions and obligated to decide all possible vexed questions on this occasion independently.

Winners and prizewinners of Festival have a right to use prizes and diplomas for advertising and popularization of own creation.

Delivery of works is carried out due to a sender. Sending is carried out through mail, courier's delivery, or through the representative offices of Festival in Your region.
