ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The Organizers invite advertisings agencies, marketing departments, publishing houses, mass media, advertisers, companies of any kind of activity and individual entrepreneurs to take part in the IV International Advertising Festival "White Square".

The Festival is open for all domestic and foreign advertisers.

Entering the main contests of the Festival requires payment.

Participation in the Festival is possible in different forms:

— accreditation of representatives including full program of the Festival (April 19-21, 2012);

— entering the contest program.

ACCREDITATION

Accreditation gives the right to visit full program of the Festival (seminars, workshops, practical cases, press conferences, parties within 3 days and Awards Ceremony on the April 19-21, 2012).

Accreditation cost per one person for 3 days of the Festival:

Accreditation for 2 persons from the same organization is available with the discount of 5%.

Accreditation for 3 or more persons from the same organization is available with the discount of 10%.

Accreditation for 1 person who took part in the previous festivals "White Square", master classes or marketing workshops is available with the discount of 5%.

Accreditation for 2 persons who took part in the previous festivals "White Square", master classes or marketing workshops is available with the discount of 10%.

Discounts are added, but can’t exceed 15%.

Entering the main contest program

The works for the contest must have been launched for the first time between 1 January 2011 and 26 March 2012. They must not have taken part in the contest of the Festival "White Square" in previous years.

If you want to enter the contest you should create an account on website and fill all required fields. Then you have to fill the registration form for your work providing all necessary information. Also, you have to send your work by uploading on the FTP-server or delivering a disk by your own. For additional information please see the contest categories.

All fields must be completed using the English and/or Russian language.

Payment of all invoices for entering the Festival must be done to the account of the Organizers of the Festival. You will receive an invoice after sending requests for entering the Festival. Entry fee depends on the contest category. Early booking discounts are available.

Works without registration form and payment aren’t able to enter the main contest program.

Terms of submission of works, requests and payments are from 1^st of January 2011 to 26^th of March 2012.

Submitted works can’t be returned. The Organizers retain the right to use works for popularization of the Festival and educational purposes.

The participant of the Festival guarantees the copyright (legal use of music, photo, texts and etc.) in the entering works and obligated to solve all possible questions on this occasion by his own.

Prize winners of the Festival have the right to use prizes and diplomas for advertising and self promotion.
