Mission of the competition is to reward the most successful enterprises, to support and promote the effective and efficient use of marketing resources. The project, which is sent to the competition of marketing efficiency, must conform the requirements of the competition and achieve success in implementing its goals. The project must demonstrate a successful marketing program: planning, market research, media and creative management, account management. Participants applying for a winning, can demonstrate a partnership between the agency and the client in creating, managing and building campaign.
To participate in the competition of marketing efficiency of projects, created not earlier than 2008 and found to be effective until March 26, 2010.
Campaigns that are being developed by several agencies (advertising, media companies, etc.) may be submitted for consideration only once, but all agencies involved in development, may be indicated.
In the presentation of the project must be:
— Description of the marketing problems faced by the company, and strategies to address them.
— Creative materials: TV spots, print ads, internet, outdoor advertising, radio ads.
— Evidence of the performance results of the efficiency of projects.
The deadline for the work, registration and payment — from January 20 to March 26, 2010 inclusive.
Festival Directorate provides the opportunity to publish a description of campaigns at the Festival website for participants. If the participant chooses not to disclose information he should inform Festival Directorate. In this case, the materials will not be published, except for a brief summary of the campaign and creative materials. Festival Directorate has the right to use creative materials for education and publications.
Determining winners Jury evaluate each of the 4 elements of the project:
1. The marketing problem (the complexity of the initial situation in the market, the position of the applicant on it)
2. Strategy (the use of unconventional marketing solutions, providing clarity of the contribution of marketing strategy in the achieved results, professional knowledge of marketing tools)
3. Creative (matching the creative part of the strategic objectives)
4. Efficiency (ratio: the initial sale-the final sales / marketing budget spent)
Total ball in the first 3 elements (problem of marketing, strategy, creative) is 70% of the final assessment. Proof of the results is 30% of the final evaluation. On the protocols of the jury formed average estimate of campaign. The maximum and minimum estimates are not considered. Awards of competition Winners of the competition are determined depending on the average estimates of jury.
All projects are evaluated on a 100-point scale (0 — inefficiently, 100 — very effective). Average values of the estimates of the jury are arranged as follows: more than 80 points — 1 st place, 75-80 points — 2nd place, more than 65-68 points — 3rd place.
The final decision on the scale of premium points takes the chairman of the jury on the evaluations of the jury.
In this competition not only enterprise-winners are awarded, but also marketers, authors of the projects.
The competition involves open defense of competitive projects before the members of the jury, which will be held during the Festival in the CBC «Moscow House» in Minsk.

For participation in competition is necessary
- To be registered on site.
- In an own cabinet to download presentations Microsoft Power Point 97/2000/2003 in total amount no more than 10 Mb, quantity of slides — no more than 30.
- After successful passage of 2 steps work will be placed for general viewing on a site.
- In case the presentation volume exceeds 10 Mb, work transfer is possible in 2 ways:
- Delivery of work on CD-disk or DVD-disk to Festival Directorate express or post delivery in format TIFF, 300 dpi, CMYK. On packing of carrier should be specified: the name of the participant, codes of categories of competition, the name of works and the corresponding files which names registers in Latin letters. By granting of several works in the given nomination — all works should be written down in separate files.
- by work loading on a FTP-server. File in format Microsoft Power Point 97/2000/2003. Loading will be possible from March, 1st till March, 26.
