What is necessary for entering the contest?
Step1. Create an account on the website.
Step2. Log in to your account and upload 2 files:
§ Presentation board in format *.jpg, *.gif with permission 72 dpi, RGB, largest side across no more than 2000 pixels, the size no more than 10 Mb. Your presentation should reveal goals and objectives of the company, decisions and the results reached in campaign.
§ Presentation Microsoft Power Point 97/2000/2003/2007 (no more than 30 slides) or video presentation of the project the size no more than 10 Mb. Your presentation should reveal goals and objectives of the company, decisions and the results reached after campaign, the ideas promoting effective advancement of the goods and features of the campaign.
After completing these 2 steps your work will be published on website.
If the size is larger than 10 Mb, you can send your work in 2 ways:
— You may upload your work on the FTP-server in format *doc 97/2000/2003/2007 or MPEG4, frame size — 720x576TIFF, sound — MP3, the size no more than 10 Mb. You are to upload presentation boardinTIFF, 300 dpi, RGB, A3.
— You may deliver a work on a CD-disk or DVD-disk to the Festival Organizers by post or deliver by your own. Package should be marked with entrant’s name, contest code, work’s name and corresponding files which names should be written in Latin letters. All works should be written down in separate files.
If work is not in Belarusian, Russian or English languages the translation into English or English subtitles are obligatory.
You may upload your work on the FTP-server in 2 ways: in Russian and English languages or video presentation in Russian with subtitles in English.
You have to pay entry fee after registration and uploading of your work.
The works must have been launched for the first time between 1 January 2011 and 26 March 2012. They must not have taken part in the contest of the Festival "White Square" in previous years.
This contest includes an open presentation of the projects to the jury. The jury will select works that will be included in the short-list of the contest after a pre-voting. Finalists will get an opportunity to send one representative for presentation of the work to the jury. They will getfree ticket to the Festival in the day of presentation.
